Where does it live?
On your own server or a spare PC on your network. Nothing is hosted by Pendragon, and there is no license server to phone home to.
Who keeps it running?
Nightly backups are built in, with restore in the same screen. Updates ship as signed installers you apply on your own schedule.
What if something breaks?
The version you bought keeps working, and your data is always in your own database. Hands-on help is hourly, or included in onboarding.
